The World Series of Poker 2006 Main Event Stars Tomorrow!

The world series of poker is set to kick off tomorrow. There will be two thousand players in the first day followed by 3 more consecutive days of another batch of two thousand players. The WSOP has grown from 5k last year to an estimate 8k this year.

Mary Jones Wins Braclet at the Ladies 2006 World Series of Poker

As reported by Card Player, Mary Jones has just won a braclet and won $236,094 for first place in the event. Shanee Barton finished second taking home $123,178.
